- Предметы создаются на основе определяющей тип вещи формы (shape) и различных материалов
- Для получения формы достаточно разобрать вещь соответствующего типа. Например, при разборке (disassemble) молота получится форма молота и некоторые материалы
- Именно материалы определяют итоговые свойства предмета
- Полученные при разборке материалы можно перерабатывать и очищать (во всяком случае металлы)
- Качество вещи можно дополнительно улучшить за счет сборочного комплекта (assembly kit)
- Свойства вещей подразделяются на 3 категории: префиксы, основные свойства (core) и суффиксы
- Для добавления предмету новых свойств используются глифы (glyph), получаемые из ответственного за свойство предмета (например, prefix item) и соответствующего сборочного комплекта (в нашем случае prefix assembly kit)
